10 years of Hamstring Tendinopathy with Vicki Smith
My conversation with Vicki Smith
On this episode I interview Vicki Smith from London. She has a facebook page called ‘Proximal Hamstring Tendinopathy Help & Support’ with over 1,700 followers. Vicki has had PHT for 10 years and has faced incredible hardship and isolation in multiple facets of her daily life. Over the years independently researching this condition she has built up a lot of knowledge and now shares this to her audience. Learn about the perfect storm that led to her injury, failed rehabilitation attempts, the outcome of her surgery, her experiences with shockwave and the effects of supplements toward her recovery.
